At Rare Place, we sell collectible, vintage, rare, and second-hand items. Many products are unique and may show natural signs of age, storage, or previous ownership.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable European consumer protection laws.

Return Conditions

• The item must be returned in the same condition as received.
• The item must include original accessories, tags, or packaging when applicable.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was significantly different from its description.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized products
• Digital products
• Items clearly marked as non-returnable
• Products damaged after delivery due to misuse

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
